Kepri Estates offers the unique opportunity for clients to source off market land options to exact specifications, and have developed simple, clear and thorough processes to source, investigate and report options based on a client’s exact requirements.
The report is highly detailed and covers all aspects of the site(s) including location, expected price range, proximity to infrastructure, zoning, titles, general topography, general bathymetry, steps for acquisition and development particular to the site, to name just a few of the details that will be provided.
The basic process steps are:
- The client completes the land specifications form, which outlines the desired specifications in terms of budget, size, type, environment, and desired scope of development.
- Kepri Estates
- Reviews requirements to confirm they are achievable and are compliant with development guidelines.
- Provides a short list of suggested sites.
- Submits a quotation for undertaking all due diligence items, with detailed costings, inclusions and options, and an example report showing the high level of detail that will be provided.
- The client confirms general suitability of the land options initially provided and pays the due diligence fee.
- Kepri Estates undertakes all due diligence and provides a comprehensive report on each of the available options for client review. This process takes between 8-12 weeks dependant on the number of sites, locations, title/zoning, and development information required and completion of any optional requirements specified.
